Flussirari | UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure Delegation Visits GTI Production Facility in Poland

PolandGTI – Group Technology Italia welcomed representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates to its European production facility in Poland, providing an opportunity for direct technical exchange around manufacturing, quality, and the future development of LED power supply technology.

The Ministry delegation included Mr. Rashid Alnuaimi from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, together with Mr. Yehya Elsepahy, who played a key role in the visit.

The visit was hosted by Dr. Mike Khabour, representing the GTI production facility, who accompanied the delegation throughout the factory tour and discussions with the manufacturing and technical teams.

Inside GTI Power Supply Production

The factory tour provided the delegation with direct insight into the manufacturing environment where GTI LED power supplies are produced for professional lighting and infrastructure applications.

The delegation reviewed key stages of the production process, including manufacturing and assembly procedures, testing, quality control, and the engineering principles applied to ensure product reliability and consistency.

For GTI, the power supply is not considered simply an accessory to the luminaire.

It is one of the fundamental components determining the stability, efficiency, controllability, reliability, and lifecycle performance of the complete LED lighting system.

The visit therefore created an opportunity to discuss not only how GTI products are manufactured, but also how power supply architecture contributes to the long-term performance of lighting installations.

From Production to Research & Development

An important part of the visit was dedicated to the GTI Research & Development (R&D) department.

The delegation reviewed current areas of product development and discussed with the technical team the latest innovations and evolving technologies within LED power supply systems.

The exchange covered the increasing demands being placed on power supply technology as lighting infrastructure becomes more intelligent, connected, efficient, and performance-driven.

This connection between production and R&D is central to the GTI philosophy: manufacturing today’s technology while continuously developing the architecture required for tomorrow’s lighting systems.

Connecting European Manufacturing with UAE Infrastructure

The visit represents an important connection between European manufacturing capability and the evolving infrastructure requirements of the United Arab Emirates.

As the UAE continues to develop advanced infrastructure, smart cities, public environments, and large-scale urban projects, greater attention is being placed on the technologies operating behind the visible elements of the built environment.

Reliability, lifecycle performance, energy efficiency, maintainability, and technological adaptability are increasingly important considerations within modern lighting infrastructure.

The factory visit allowed these principles to be discussed directly within the environment where GTI technology is engineered and produced.

It also provided the Ministry representatives with visibility into the people, manufacturing processes, testing procedures, quality systems, and R&D capabilities behind GTI power supply solutions.

Technology Beyond the Luminaire

For Flussirari and GTI, lighting performance extends beyond the visible luminaire.

GTI provides the power supply and technology platform behind the system, while Flussirari brings together lighting engineering, architectural integration, and long-term lifecycle thinking.

This creates a broader approach to lighting in which performance is considered from the quality of illumination experienced by people to the technology operating behind it.

The visit and technical discussions reinforce a shared interest in innovation, engineering quality, reliability, and long-term performance as lighting technology continues to evolve.

GTI and Flussirari extend their appreciation to Mr. Rashid Alnuaimi and Mr. Yehya Elsepahy from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates for visiting the Poland production facility and for the valuable exchange with the manufacturing and R&D teams.

The visit represents another important step in connecting European technology, manufacturing expertise, and innovation with the future requirements of UAE infrastructure.

Concluding the visit to the GTI production facility in Poland.
