This time we landed in the most beautiful and historical country in the Gulf area, the zone of peace and hospitality called Sultanate Of Oman.
In the city of Muscat- Al Khood area you can find the (Myriad) Student Complex.
The Student – Housing complex (Myriad) aims to bring in a fresh concept to off-campus living in the Sultanate of Oman Commercial & Residential building (2B+G+8 Floors) of 100,545 m2 built up area (1500 keys).
The housing complex is having Supermarkets and shops on ground floor.
On the first floor there is vocational center and shops, including a GYM at First Floor and a swimming pool located on the Second Floor and all other typical floor having the rooms as mentioned above, scope of works includes massive earthworks, structural works, architectural finishes, complete MEP works & external developments.
Thanks to our distributor we had the privilege to supply our Emergency lights with our brand GTI.
